The Opportunity

Overview:
K4 Creative is seeking a new and inspirational team member to develop new business opportunities.
Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will have primary responsibility for winning new business and will create, implement and develop new business campaigns, targeted inline with the company’s strategic direction. Generating leads will be the key activity of the role in addition to building/nurturing ongoing relationships.

The BDM will have an influence over the company's marketing strategy and be responsible for its implementation, will have management of the new business and marketing operation, will be involved in presentations/tender proposal and the development of a marketing plan.
 

The successful candidate will have:
Three years minimum experience of actively working in the area of new business and all round strategic marketing and business development ability.

Experience of dealing with corporate clients within the Financial Services marketplace and diverse sectors.

A successful and demonstrable track record of consistently hitting targets.

Experience of creating marketing campaigns and personally delivering significant new business.

A demonstrable understanding of the design business and market place.

Advanced client relationship management, communication, writing and organisation skills.

The ability to write lucid and engaging pitch proposals.

The ability to communicate strategically on brand communication issues at directorship level.
