Friars Walk

Overview:
Friars Walk is a new modern shopping centre proposed in the heart of Newport City centre. When finished, it will offer over 390,000sq ft of retail and leisure space. Developed by Queensberry Real Estate and managed by Strutt and Parker.

Project:
K4 Creative worked with Queensberry Real Estates to create a brand for the proposed new development. Working with architects CGIs and development plans, a pre-letting brochure was designed in order to attract potential retailers, restaurant chains and a multiplex cinema into the new site.
