One Twenty, King's Road
“Creating the right environment has a powerful effect on how we feel”, this was the mantra behind Crosstree’s sustainable development on King’s Road, London. Comprising 30,000 sq ft of sustainable office space and 20,000 sq ft of retal and leisure space, One Twenty is situated in one of London’s most iconic and celebrated neighbourhoods, The King’s Road, Chelsea SW3.
We worked with Crosstree Real Estate Partners, and Squires and Partners Architects, on the brand identity for the building, producing all B2B marketing collateral for the office, retail and leisure opportunities, including website, hoardings and videos.
